Girls Circles are virtual and in-person gatherings where girls from all over the world meet to support and inspire each other through meaningful conversations. In this safe and brave space, girls can listen and share their own experiences about topics from self-confidence to imposter syndrome. These meetings are about empowerment and community!

Our Youtube video series with stories of girls told by girls produced by our Founder Laura Peña. Stories focus on celebrating each girl for her unique dreams, soul, and the things that make her come alive. To date, we have 70 interviews from 28 cities, 13 countries, and 5 continents.

This all started with a question: what do these young women need from all of us to fulfill their potential? We are traveling far and wide with a camera in hand, curious minds, and open hearts, to ask them ourselves.

Girls2Girls

Girls2Girls creates a platform for girls to share their knowledge and interests, both professional (including technology, psychology, or art) or personal interests (including movies, series, and books). Through live and recorded meetings, girls become more confident to share their minds, while we also build a database of diverse workshops that can be accessed by any girl who joins our online community, the Galaxy..

A Woman's Place (AWP) is a podcast about purpose, possibility, and personal stories. We are here to challenge social preconceptions about "a woman’s place" in life and the professional world. We are here to break glass ceilings—all of them. We are here to show each other that a woman's place is everywhere and anywhere she wants it to be.

Girls Grow Global

This 4-session program was developed and facilitated by girls from our community. Girls Grow Global empowers girls who desire to create new ways of facing daily and global challenges. The sessions are focused on personal and professional development, offering skills necessary for girls’ involvement with their futures. Through GGG, they are also able to share their knowledge and experience with other girls from around the world.

World Changers

(Past Program)- We bring together girls and field-leaders across different topics, including Climate, Diversity and Inclusion, and Mental Health, to learn and co-create change. World Changers was a 6-part event series lasting one year. Through inspiring online events, Instagram challenges, social media posts, support circles, mini grants, and an online community, we empowered, inspired and helped mobilize the next generation of female leaders, activists, and global citizens to create the change they want to see. We are turning heartbreak into action.

Masterminds

We support personal and professional development of teens through weekly focus groups. Through a 6-week series, girls from all over the world meet 1-on-1 with a mentor as well as in a small group setting to learn how they can turn their ideas and dreams into reality.

Mini-grants for girls-led social ventures

We invest in girl-led entrepreneurial, business, and social impact projects to create a “ripple effect” in their local communities. So far, we have supported 10 girl-led community projects in the United States, Kenya, Cameroon, Peru, Brazil, Zimbabwe, Dominican Republic, the Philippines, and Canada.

Galaxy Leadership Training

Building global communities to change the world! The Galaxy Leadership Training is an opportunity for girls to be part of She is the Universe in a bigger way. As a leader, they can contribute to change the future of many girls around the world through community-building, project development, event planning, and more! 🥳

The Galaxy Training is a program exclusively developed for girls who want to help the community through different roles. Each part of the training is divided into core skills needed to manage and contribute to communities (not only ours but every community they decide to participate in).
